BLS Date: The APCM, preceded by the Easter Vestry, will be held at Shalden Village Hall at 6.30pm on Thursday 16 April 2026
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) is a key event in the life of our Benefice. It is an opportunity for members of the congregation to come together to reflect on the past year, celebrate what God has been doing in our community, and look ahead to the future.
At the APCM, we review reports on various aspects of church life, including worship, ministry, mission, finances, and building maintenance. These reports help give a clear picture of how the church has been serving both its congregation and the wider community.
The meeting also includes the election of church officers and representatives, such as members of the Parochial Church Council (PCC) and churchwardens. This ensures that the leadership of the church continues to be shaped by and accountable to its members.
The APCM is open to those on the church electoral roll, and we warmly encourage everyone eligible to attend. It is an important chance to have your voice heard, to ask questions, and to contribute to the direction and vision of our church. If you would like to be added to our Electoral Roll please contact the [email protected]
Whether you have been part of the church for many years or are newer to the community, your presence and participation are valued.
We look forward to gathering together for this important occasion.
