Church Heritage

During the 1800โ€™s the village grew in population and John Wood of Thedden Grange had a replacement designed by John Colson built in 1865.

This typical Victorian church with all stained glass windows now seats around 100 and has a listed J W Walker pipe organ recently restored by the original company.

The church is approached along an avenue of cherry trees from the โ€˜Millenium Gatesโ€™ at the bottom of the path to the car park.

All are welcome to our regular services which take place on the 1st and 3rd services of the month, with coffee and a chat after the former. There is a large car park and wheelchair access available.
