SUMMARY:Alton Society Organ Concert
DESCRIPTION:St Lawrence Church will be hosting the 60th Season of Organ Concerts\, organised by Alton Organ Society\, starting on Tuesday 6th October 2026. Reaching the 60th Anniversary is a wonderful achievement and one to celebrate. The Society is\, arguably\, the longest running Organ Society in the UK. \nSeason membership for all 8 concerts costs £84 – equivalent to £10.50 for each concert. Tickets for individual recitals cost £14. Refreshments are served from 7.30pm \nClick here for a list of Alton Organ Society concerts for 2026 – 2027 at St Lawrence Church. Concerts start at 8.00 pm and end about 9.15 pm. \nThe organ\, built by Henry Speechly\, is considered to be one of the finest parish church organs in the south of England and the recital series attracts the most well known national and international organists
